If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and proof of purchase.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 8 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees, installation charges, and custom or special-order items may not be eligible for returns or refunds. Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this policy.
